We are open Wednesday to Sunday for vineyard tours, wine tastings, shop sales and drinks. We will start serving food again from May 2024.
Alternatively you can order our wines and liqueurs through our online shop.
We are dog friendly around the vineyard and in the bistro garden. However, we do not allow dogs in the shop or the cellars. We ask that you keep your dog on a short lead at all times due to free wandering chickens.

Welcome to Adgestone Vineyard
We are the oldest continuously operating commercial vineyard in the UK and a producer of award winning wines. Visit us as one of the top tourist attractions on the Isle of Wight.
Take an audio guided tour of the vines and our subterranean cellars, followed by a fun and informative personal wine tasting lesson. Enjoy a cold food platter and a bottle of English Wine in our secluded 10 acre vineyard with sea views. Buy local produce in our farm shop and watch live acoustic music on Saturday & Sunday from 1st June to 16th July and Wednesday to Sunday from 19th July to 10th September. Live music is on from 1-3pm. No holiday is complete without trying the local produce. Here at Adgestone Vineyard we stock lots of locally produced goods, as well as the full Arson Fire sauce and clothing range, and of course our very own English Wines, Country Wines and Liqueurs.
As the oldest continuously operating commercial vineyard in England, you would expect us to make great English Wines and you'd be right, but that's not all we do. Making the most of our fermentation vats, we spend the spring collecting fruits, flowers and fresh grown root ginger from our own vineyard to bring you natural Country Wines. For those with a sweeter tooth, try our exotic range of liqueurs, from the liquid marzipan tasting Almond, to the rich texture of Coffee.
Got a bit of the Devil in you? Then try the Arson Fire chilli sauces and preserves. You simply cannot leave the Island without an Arson-Fire! Beware of the After Burn!
